Our Mission
To make reuse straightforward and reliable – a built-in part of how buildings are refurbished, fitted out and redeveloped, not an add-on. We identify, recover and manage reusable materials from projects across multiple sectors, so good materials stay in use and out of landfill.
Our Approach
Practical solutions drive real change. We get involved early, plan material recovery with project teams before works begin, and give every reclaimable item a material passport – stored locally, recirculated through our member network, and backed by clear carbon and circularity reporting.
The first complete material reuse solution
Our team comprises of sustainability consultants, specialist deconstruction teams and logistical experts, which enable us to offer a comprehensive reuse solution.
Electric Transport of Materials
Low-carbon collection and delivery with our electric fleet.
Central Storage Facility
Reclaimed materials protected and catalogued until they are needed.
Carbon Reporting
Clear circularity and carbon data on every project.
Specialist Deconstruction
Trained dismantling teams to retrieve all salvageable materials from projects.

Reclaim. Recirculate. Reuse.
Reclaim
We identify and reclaim materials before refurbishment or demolition begins, with GLA-compliant audits that show exactly what can be saved.
Recirculate
Materials find their next home through our growing network of members, with detailed circularity and carbon reporting on every project.
Reuse
Reclaimed materials are carefully deconstructed, logged and given a material passport, then stored locally so they are ready to go straight back into use.
